PARUPPU PODI


INGREDIENTS:


Toor dhal - ½ kg

Black pepper - 25 gms

Dry red chillies - 10-15

Salt (as per taste)


METHOD:


Dry roast all ingredients till golden brown. Add salt and dry grind in a mixie to a fine powder. Store in an air-tight container.
