Chapathis - 6
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp.
Salt - as per taste
METHOD:
Make chapathis. Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Add salt and pepper powder. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on the chapathis, roll and serve hot. This is also an ideal lunch box recipe.
