Aamras recipe

How to make aamras
INGREDIENTS:
  • Ripe mango - 2
  • Sugar - 8 tsp. or as needed
  • Elaichi - 2
METHOD:
  • De-skin the mango , cut out the pulp and puree it in a mixie with sugar and elaichi. Do not add water. Serve chilled.
NOTE:  
Palmsugar or Jaggery can be substituted for sugar. 
Sugar or jaggery or palmsugar can be added as needed depending on the sweetness of mango.
