
INGREDIENTS:
Jeera - 2 tsp.
Water - 2 cups
Crushed panamkalkandu(Palm candy) - 4 tsp.
Ghee OR butter - 1 tsp.
Heat a kadai and dry roast jeera nearly black. Add water & boil till it reduces to half. Add crushed panamkalkandu. Stir well & add ghee. Drink it hot.
