Today's Recipe
Paneer Matar Makhaana
Regular in many homes in our region. I have found that one or two households roast the rice and the dhal very lightly too. With one spoon of ghee, this will be yumm redefined.

Hi Shanti, I am definately going to try this rice dish. One pot meal, quick to prepare for early morning lunch for my kids. I thank you so much for presenting all the lovely recipes. It is an everyday million dollar question for me, as to what to cook for lunch, snack and dinner esp on tiring days after getting back from work; that is equally delicious and also less time consuming. I have prepared so many kootus, curries, rice dishes, all the time from your blog. Thank you again and do keep posting many more wonderful recipes.
