Ingredients:-
Jamun (black jambu)- 50 gms
Sugar or jaggery powder - 2 tbsp.
Chilled yogurt - 1 to 2 cups
Chilled water as needed
Ice cubes - few (optional)
Method:
Remove seeds and blend jamun in a mixer to a pulp
Add sugar/jaggery.
Add yogurt. Blend again.
Add little chilled water, blend to get the desired consistency. Add ice cubes.
Serve Jamun Lassi chilled.
NOTE:
Jamun, sugar/honey can be adjusted according to one's tastebuds. Chilled lassi makes the lassi refreshing
