INGREDIENTS:
Ripe chikoo (Sapota) - 3
Milk(chilled) - 2 cups
Vanilla essence - 2 drops (optional)
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Ice cubes - few
METHOD:
Wash, peel, de-seed and chop chikoo roughly. Blend alongwith milk and honey until smooth. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
VARIATION: A scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh cream can be added.
